Dr. Amanda Randall, Ed.D., BCBA-D
Founder & Executive Director | Systems & Behavior Consultant | Educator | Advocate
Dr. Amanda Randall is a behavior analyst, educator, consultant, and nonprofit founder dedicated to building better systems around people.
She helps develop ethical, systems-minded leaders, guides organizations in using AI and emerging technologies responsibly, and strengthens collaboration among professionals, families, and communities. Her work also emphasizes creating meaningful social opportunities where individuals with disabilities can connect, contribute, and thrive.
Amanda is an Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis and the Founder and Executive Director of Go Beyond Abilities. Through her teaching, consulting, and community work, she connects research, practice, and compassion to create meaningful, sustainable change.
