Meet The Founder

Dr. Amanda Randall, Ed.D., BCBA-D
Founder | Behavior Analyst | Advocate | Change-Maker
Dr. Amanda Randall is the visionary founder of Go Beyond Abilities, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through inclusive programming, advocacy, and evidence-based support. A nationally recognized Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D), Amanda brings more than two decades of experience in education, behavior analysis, and public service to her work.

Over the past 20 years, Amanda has trained hundreds of educators and service providers, led statewide disability initiatives, and co-directed multi-million-dollar educational equity grants. She proudly spent a decade supporting the development of Virginia’s MOVE Program, a powerful statewide initiative focused on mobility and empowerment for African American males with disabilities. Her work is grounded in culturally responsive, family-first practices and a deep commitment to community inclusion.

A professor, mentor, and recipient of three professional awards, Amanda’s leadership has impacted countless lives, and it all began with a legacy of family advocacy and service. Married to her biggest cheerleader, Jason, they work together to build dreams while raising three incredible children who inspire them daily with their compassion and passion. As a mother of three, Amanda is guided by her purpose, believing wholeheartedly that support systems should be unique and should never be one-size-fits-all.
